Because many of our products are handcrafted or made using your real event florals, each item will have its own soft variations, color shifts, and organic textures. These details are part of the beauty of working with real flowers and natural processes.

Below is everything you need to know before ordering.

Fresh Bouquets and Arrangements

All bougets are created in our signature whimsical airy style. Stems are chosen based on seasonal availability, and while we always consider your color pallet, we cannot guarantee specific flowers.

Please note:

• Fresh florals vary in color, tone, and shape

• Weather and season can affect stem availability

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges outside of issues we can control

• If your bouquet arrives damaged, email us a photo within 24 hours and we will as sit you.

Preservation Pieces

This includes Candles, Floral Paper, Cyanotypes, Floral Printed Socks, Candlesticks, and all custom keepsakes made with your event florals.

Each preservation piece is handcrafted using your real blooms. Natural differences in petal thickness, moisture, and age will create unique results - no two pieces will ever look the same.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom preservation pieces

• If your items is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos

Sending Us Your Florals

For the best results, please ship your flowers to us as soon as possible after your event.

Fresh petals create the clearest imprints, brightest tones, and most defined details.

• From bouquets, centerpieces, or loose petals

• Collected on site for any local Stembxbii clients

Processing Time

Once your florals arrive at our studio

• Fresh bouquets and arrangements: 24-48 hours

• Preservation pieces: 1-2 weeks to create

• Bundles and framed work: 2-3 weeks depending on complexity

You'll receive a confirmation when your blooms are received and another when your order ships.

Quality and Variations

Because we work with real flowers and natural pigments:

• Each item is one-of-a-kind

• Shades may vary

• Dried or older blooms may produce softer or lighter results

• Handmade products may contain small natural imperfections

Bouquets

If your bouquet arrives damaged, please take a photo within 24 hours and email it to us. We will gladly send a replacement bouquet if the issue qualifies.

If your finished piece arrives damaged during transit, please email us with photos within 48 hours, and we will gladly discuss repair or remake when possible.

Repairs depend on the nature of the damage and the availability of remaining florals.

Cancellations

Orders for bouquets or preservation pieces cannot be canceled once flowers have been purchased or received.

Shipping delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or weather-related issues, but we will always help you communicate with the carrier when possible.
