All bouquets are made fresh to order and designed in our signature Stembxbii style. Because florals are perishable and depend on seasonal availably, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons outside of our control.

If your bouquet arrives damaged, please take a photo within 24 hours and email it to us. We will gladly send a replacement bouquet if the issue qualifies.

Please note: All remake requests are not guaranteed and depend on inventory and scheduling.

Preservation Pieces

Preservation items are custom made using your personal event florals, making each piece completely unique.
Because these are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted keepsakes:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on preservation pieces.

Natural variations are part of the process and not considered flaws.

If your finished piece arrives damaged during transit, please email us with photos within 48 hours, and we will gladly discuss repair or remake when possible.
Repairs depend on the nature of the damage and the availability of remaining florals.

Cancellations

Orders for bouquets or preservation pieces cannot be canceled once flowers have been purchased or received.

Shipping delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or weather-related issues, but we will always help you communicate with the carrier when possible.

Preservation Pieces

This includes Candles, Floral Paper, Cyanotypes, Floral Printed Socks, Candlesticks, and all custom keepsakes made with your event florals.

Each preservation piece is handcrafted using your real blooms. Natural differences in petal thickness, moisture, and age will create unique results - no two pieces will ever look the same.

For the best results, please ship your flowers to us as soon as possible after your event.

Processing Time

Once your florals arrive at our studio

Fresh bouquets and arrangements: 24-48 hours
Preservation pieces: 1-2 weeks to create
Bundles and framed work: 2-3 weeks depending on complexity

You'll receive a confirmation when your blooms are received and another when your order ships.

Fresh Floral Delivery Options

Fresh florals are available for both pickup and delivery within the Atlanta area. Because out arrangements are designed with delicate stems we offer delivery options that ensure your flowers arrive in the best possible condition.

Pickup
You may pick up your fresh florals directly from our studio.

Pickup Hours:
Every day from 11:30AM - 5PM

Once your bouquet is ready you will receive a text or email with pickup instructions.

Delivery Window:
Same day or Next day delivery may be available
Standard Delivery is scheduled between 10am-3pm on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and from 2pm-5pm on Saturdays.

Delivery Fee:
Based on distance from our studio
Calculated at checkout or provided after entering your address.

Our delivery team handles each bouquet with care to maintain the integrity of your design.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is available to receive your delivery, fresh florals will be left at the door, front desk, or lobby at your request or at the delivery drivers' discretion. Once florals are delivered and photographed, Stembxbii is not responsible for any loss, damage, weather exposure, or theft that occurs after dropping off.

We strongly recommend having someone available to bring the arrangement inside as soon as possible, as fresh florals are delicate and sensitive to heat, cold, and handling.
